@abcdefg123501 gunk comes out while massaging oil- pretty much right away, tho it may take 10 min or so. I def have oily/congested skin, this breaks up the congested/impacted sebum and thats what comes out (feels like grit, or may be larger black? ‘chunks’. it should be fine to do anytime, be sure to use mostly carrier oils (coconut, jojoba, almond) and a little castor oil, massage gently and wash off. your skin will be healthy and glowing!

  24. abcdefg123501 says:

@paydayping when you say that gunk came out. do you mean during the process of cleaning the skin… or a couple days later.. im 17 and i just want to know? if i should do this during a school break or if it would be ok to do it on a sunday.. before school. also.. did you have any skin reations to this??? oily skin… rash.. dry skin.. and pimples? thank you :)

  25. paydayping says:

@domaniben –also- i use oil everyday- coconut, and almond mostly.. but i do not use castor oil everyday, it is too strong. neem oil is also very strong, i would recommend not using either of? these particular oils more than 1x per week.
